What Is The Cause For Not Getting Periods?

I m a 16 year old girl and I ve noticed some increasingly frequent symptoms that I m getting worried about. The first strange thing was that I didn t have a period from October until February, but I wasn t pregnant. Back in January I went to the hospital with what my dad thought was appendicitis. I was in a lot of abdominal pain, so they did a CT scan on my upper abdomen to check my appendix and look for kidney stones, but found nothing. The doctor in the ER said that it was probably an ovarian cyst and that I should follow up with my regular doctor. When I went back to my doctor for the follow up, she said that a cyst was probably what it was and she prescribed me birth control pills to control the cyst, but she didn t do any tests to make sure. Over the past 5 months I ve noticed more symptoms. At first I wasn t worried about it, but now they re present almost every day. When I bend over too far or twist too quickly, I have a sharp pain on either my front right or front left side about 3-4 inches under my bellybutton. When I eat, I get full pretty quickly, and I usually get nauseous and throw up within 15 minutes of my meal. I get bloated really easily, but I ve lost 10 pounds in two weeks without exercising or dieting. My friends tell me I pee like I m pregnant because I have to pee pretty frequently, even when I don t drink a lot of liquid. Also, when I have to pee, it kind of hits me all at once and it s suddenly an emergency. When I go to the bathroom I have a lot of pain in the same places that I do when I bend over too far, and it feels like I m almost tearing muscles. I ve been really tired and if I could sleep all day with no interruption, I would. I m not sure what s going on and it s making me even more nervous as the symptoms get more intense and more frequent. I d go to my doctor but I recently moved out of my only parent s house and I m not sure I have health insurance.
