What Is The Cause For Numbness In My Head With Hair Loss When On Paxil For Anxiety?

I have been having numbness in my head on the right side of my face the doctors keep telling me their is nothing wrong with me but i know there is something i have also been losing more hair here lately.I do have anxity so i take meds for it paxil 20mg and 10mgs at night.
