What Is The Cause For Pain In All The Joints Of My Body After Being Treated For An Infection?

a week ago my glands were so swollen i could,nt put my neck on a pillow, i saw the dr and he treated me for an infection, now, a week later i have pain in every joint in my body apart from my ankles, my wrists become so inflamed i have to put cold compresses on them, i just really hurt all over.

Good evening. It is very common to have joint pains(arthralgia) after an infection. It can be due to the viral infection itself or could be a sequale of it. You need not worry about it , it is mostly self limitting and should subside in few days time. If you observe for any signsof joint swelling or morning stiffness you must see your physician.
