Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Pan in the right pelvic area that goes down right thigh along with pain in lower stomach that is below naval area, bleeding per-rectum on passing motions and from vagina and rectum when in periods; have hypothyroidism and
high blood pressure.
Hypothyroidism if not well treated can cause many a problems as the overall
basal metabolic rate of the body is reduced also casing high blood pressure.
The pain in the right lower pelvic area that goes to the thigh is indicative of an inflammatory process in the pelvis like endometriosis or PID that is
pelvic inflammatory disease or salpingitis or ovarian problem instigating the nearby nerves.
The pain under the belly button may be referred one or be due to local intestinal or lymph node problems.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
CT scan of the whole abdomen including the whole pelvis.
Gynecologist's opinion, per-vaginal examination.
General Surgeon to do per-
rectal examination, ano-proctoscopy to see for hemorrhoids or fissure in ano.
Once the diagnosis is made the treatment becomes guided and proper.
