What Is The Cause For Painful Pea Sized Lump In The Heel?

I woke up this morning with a pea sized red lump in my heel that is painful to walk on. In the center I see a tiny white spot in the middle.. There are possibly two but they are tiny on rough skin so I can t tell. I m afraid it is a brown recluse bite

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

This might be a bite indeed. It is really hard to tell not being able to see it. It is also possible that you have a callus or wart. Both give pain while walking however it is hardly possible for both to appear suddenly.
I suggest you to have it under observation. Just wait and see if it will be getting larger and more painful or not. If yes, than consult a doctor.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
