My right testicle has a VERY sharp pain when i touch it, espcially on th bottom of it. it just happened out of nowhere last night, I went to bed and all night wheneveri turned in my sleep it shot with pain up to my abdomen. please helpim only 14 and very scared at the moment

You should immediately inform your parents and see ER / Urologist as this can be a torsion ( rotation ) which needs immediate surgical treatment.
Infections are not common in your age-group. Yet the Doctor would examine you clinically and by ultrasonography and color doppler to decide the cause. Till then have a scrotal support and avoid movements
