What Is The Cause For Swollen Abdomen And Burning When Urinating?

Hello, I have burning when I urinate which has been there for 2 months and have had 4 different antibiotics but no difference. I also have a swallowen abdomen and pain on my lower right side and abdomen. Very tender to touch. Wondered if you could tell me what you think is wrong? Thank you. Laura

Hi Dear Laura ! I have gone through your question and I understand your concern.

According to what you write it may be an Urinary tract infection.( Probably cystitis ) You should start the right treatment to prevent further complications.
To do that I sugest to do a urine test and a culture of your urine to find out what kind of bacteria is causing that and to check for the drug that can fight the infection.
Normally the antibiotic should work within 48 h by stoping the symptoms if not than its not the right antibiotic for that.

.Meanwhile drink a lot of water .
