What Is The Cause For The Pain In Both Buttocks That Worsens With Physical Activities?

I exercise every day and have been battling pain in both buttocks deep into what feels like connective tissue. It occurs for no particular reason and becomes worse with walking and running. It becomes severe enough that I feel limited in lifting my thighs when jogging. It's hard to explain. Then sitting becomes impossible.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have arthritis of the hip joint, or problem with the spondylosis.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have MRI, for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. ofloxacin, acyclophenac sodium, and paracetamol.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
