What Is The Cause Lightheadedness After Having A Meal?
I am a 31/f. Lately I have feeling lightheaded and weird right after I eat it seems like. I don t eat alot of bad foods. I do notice that after i eat a big salad I don t feel that way but after any other foods I do. I haven t had any past problems or issues with my weight or blood. I do walk miles every week. I drink lots of teas and water.

Feeling dizzy or lightheaded after meals is not a good sign. I know that you take care of your health a lot but the dizziness or lightheaded after meal point towards a pathology of cardiac or vascular origin. I suggest you see a doctor and get yourself investigated thoroughly.
