What Is The Cause Of A Dry Spot?

I am my menstrual and I wash twice-three times a day while on I hate pads they irritate me and some make me itch. But today as I washed before bed I found a little spot that seemed to be like dry skin cause it peeled a little then begin to itch I freaked out semi scratched with wash cloth till the spot was gone. What was/is it?

This can due to effect of estrogen. so there is nothing much to worry about this condition , apply aloevera ointment for this.
