What Is The Cause Of A Lower Abdominal Pain?

For several nights now I have been woken up by lower abdominal pain (almost behind by hip bone) that feels a bit like menstrual cramps but I ve not bled and I don t think that s it. It is mostly on my left and goes away as soon as I get up and move around. Cause for concern?

Hi,

I don't think that there is anything to worry about this condition , but I would suggest you to do a blood vitamin D3 level and start calcium supplements.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
