What Is The Cause Of A Thick Penile Skin?

Hi, i am a fourteen year old kid. I have been noticing a ring like shape of darker and thicker skin around my penis. I am worried sick about it being cancer can youbplease help me, i am willing to do what ever ot takes for someone to tell me whats going on. Thank you so much!

It is just pigmentation, dont worry please,it is normal foreskin or prepuce. Just take care wash twice a day and nothing more.
