I was feeling lethargic, over past 4-5 days had some abdominal cramping over past 3-4 days and dizzy - this morning. Any ideas? Don t smoke, drink occasionally, no drugs, exercise every week (except last) no know allergies. Not pregnant. Not on any medication ...
Mild abdominal cramps can occur at the time of ovulation or around the time of your menstrual cycle. Any history of frequent or burning micturition can indicate urinary tract infection which can also cause abdominal cramps.
Previous history of irregular periods can indicate hormonal imbalance which can also be the cause of abdominal cramps. Pelvic ultrasound should be done to identify any uterine or ovarian conditions.
