I have a sudden onset of a blood/metal taste in my mouth along with on and off amonia smelling urine and weird headaches that make me feel dizzy. Can one thing be causing all 3 symptoms? I suffer from many fatigue issues,but my fatigue got worse in sept and i gained 15 pounds in what seemed like overnight.
