I was studying in my college library. The backs of my hands and finger tips turned black/gray. I am caucasian. You could see the black in the creases of my nuckles. I had no other symptoms and no difficulties. This lasted for 6-7 hours. When I awakened the next morning, it was fully gone.

Hi, It maybe related to different things such as : Acanthosis nigricans, Vitamin B-12 deficiency, Drug reactions, Dermatomyositis, Addison’s disease, Scleroderma, Polycystic ovary syndrome or Autoimmune disorders.
