hi doc i have taken mtp 15 days back and i m still bleeding... i hve done usg and there is no retained products and i took inj. pause yesterday and still im bleeding and my doc says d &c is the final option but i m nt interested in it....... pls help me

Hi, thanks for writing..
as there no retained products in scan no need to undergo D and C if bleeding is not heavy. Some people will have irregular periods for first 2 months after MTP. Take tranexa for 5 days orally thrice daily. Get a scan repeated after 1 week if bleeding doesnot stop. Hope I have answered your query. Good day..
