What Is The Cause Of Blisters?

My daughter is 18 yo and very active. She has been experiencing development of blisters?/patchy spotting? on hands when they are wet. It visually resolves when hand are dry. Began solely on her palm and now progresses into medial fingers (usually between) fingers. Very strange! Any ideas?
