What Is The Cause Of Blood Stains?

I went to the toilet and when I sat down, I saw red blood stains that was quite fresh looking. I don't have my period yet, so I haven't experience what it feels like or anything like that. It doesn't hurt to pee or anything. But I need help to know what this is!

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
* No periods rule out uterine bleeding .
* 2 possibilities remaining as (1) urethral bleeding ( less likely as passing
pee normally (2) hemorrhoid more likely
@ Presently take a urine test to laboratory - if normal should require a per
rectal and proctoscopic examination to rule out hemorrhoid .
Hope this clears your doubt .
Welcome for any further assisstance.
Thanks for using health care magic and reviewing my answer .
