What Is The Cause Of Burning Pains In The Legs And Arms?

My 3 year old son is complaing of burning pains in his lags and arms, he has lost his appetite and is saying he is tired all the time even though he is getting a lot of sleep. He is very pale and has been getting temperature and is burning up nearly constantly.
