What Is The Cause Of Chest Pain And Loss Of Appetite?

I had a quadruple bypass in 2004. I had a lot of stress over the ensuing years and I began to get more tired than usual a few months ago, although I could go to the gym and spend hours without losing a breath. Two weeks ago I swam for an hour and a half at full speed. I got out of pool with no tiredness at all. The next few days I had chest pain that felt like I had really pulled a muscle or bruised the chest wall. The following Sunday I swam again but got very very tired and some chest discomfort. I final went Wed to ER and they finally did a cath. They saw three arteries with one graft that had clot for 100% blockage. They did an intervention the following day and said they got it right and repaired one of the grafts also. Sat. When I was due for discharge, I got tremendously out of breath. They gave me a Colace. I got diarrhea and finally eliminated. The drugs, etc. I had not for several days. I felt a lot better when I got home and each day I have been feeling better. Today I got out and when I came back I took about 20 steps, got tremendously out of breath with all kinds of stomach and chest pain. I have acid reflux. I take one 40 mg of Nexium each evening. I took an extra one and eliminated but the color did not look good. Could it be my acid reflux, side effects from Plavix, Crestor, 325 mg of aspirin suddenly? I don t know but I do know I have a lot of discomfort and am out if breath, don t have the energy and stamina everyone told me UI would when the medicated stents were completed. These doctors don t seem to care much about older patients her and they don t seem to communicate properly and they don t seem to talk to each or take a group approach. Can you give me some answers. I am going to see a GI tomorrow, but I am concerned as I still work and cant get myself going and it has been 4 days since my procedure and I feel worse than I did before. I feel pain throughout my chest that feels like a brain freeze type of radiating pain. I am losing my appetite and feel like this constantly. Could this be liver problem or acid reflux or combination making me out of breath and causing the strange feeling in my chest? I am mystified at how to diagnosis these problems. I have just returned from rest room and am completely out of breath after a few steps. Although I want answers, I am not sure whether I should speak to a Gastroenterologist, a cardiac surgeon intervention specialist, my cardiologist. I do know I am really out of breath and in pain.
