What Is The Cause Of Constipation, Weight Gain And Mood Swings During Period?

My 28 yr old daughter has just recently started getting constipated... I also noticed her stools are very smelly... She was overweight, but has been exercising regularly since May and has lost a considerable amount of weight. Also, her periods cause extreme mood swings. Any ides ?
