What Is The Cause Of Dull Cramps In The Lower Abdomen And Very Scanty Periods?
i started to have a dull ache cramp on my lower abdomen that comes with backache,the cramp comes and goes,it always starts in the evening and can last up to 1hr or less.it wouldn t be my cycle because i saw it a week before this cramp starts but it only came for 2days but scanty.am i pregnant or what? thanks
Pregnancy has to be ruled out first for this condition by doing a urine pregnancy test. If urine pregnancy test comes negative then I would suggest you to have a course of Medroxyprogesterone tablet for 5 days and antispasmodic Drotaverine tablets for 5 days. Also, thyroid profile test is required for this condition as thyroid abnormality can lead to these symptoms.
