What Is The Cause Of Ejaculation Of Semen After Passing Urine?

Sometimes when i go to toilet to pass out faeces, i see semen coming out after passing out urine. But the semen looks old as it doesn't have the same colour as normal semen. Then minutes later, i feel pains around my stomach which continues for several minutes. This happens especially if i don't ejaculate for many days. Please i need an answer. Thanks.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you masturbate and do not ejaculate, the semen is held. Thus the produced semen is a waste product. Body has to remove it somehow. Therefore body will remove it through urine or through night fall. For pain you should consult an urologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand
