HELLO
THANKS FOR POSTING YOUR QUERY AND FOR YOUR CONCERN.
YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE IS ABSOLUTELY WITHIN NORMAL RANGE.SYSTOLIC BLOOD PRESSURE SHOULD BE LESS THAN 140 AND DIASTOLIC(LOWER ONE) SHOULD BE LESS THAN 90 MMHG.SHOOTING OF BLOOD PRESSURE MAY OCCUR WHEN YOU ARE IN STRESS.SO INCREASE IN BLOOD PRESSURE AFTER SLEEPLESS NIGHT IS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL PHYSIOLOGICAL PHENOMENON.SO NEED NOT WORRY.
I HOPE I HAVE ANSWERED YOUR QUERY.I WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR FURTHER QUERIES IF ANY.
REGARDS.
Welcome to health care magic.
In normal people +-10 fluctuation is normally noticed.
If your Normal Bp is 115/80 than a range of 125/90 to 105/70 is normal fluctuation one will find.
So take morning BP in bed on wake up daily
One BP in the night on retiring in bed after 15 minutes complete rest daily.
At 2pm daily with 15 minutes complete bed rest rest.
If all these shows a higher BP than you have to take medicines.
You can come here on hcm to consult again for your 7 days BP record.
I will guide you for next step than too.
Hello
tahanks for the concern
If this fluctuation in Bp continues for longer duration you should consult a physician for opinion, because BP has direct effect on heart. but if 130/80 or 120/70 then nothing much to worry.so stay cool and stress free.
Take care
