if you are constipated and strain in passin hard stool ,you take duphalac 30 ml at bed time daily till constipation is cleared
eat non spicy food and take high roughage diet and plent fluid
if you are having dysentery like thing you will have to take medicine like brakke 1 tab 2 times for 5 days vibact ds 1 tab daily for 5 days
duopride 1 tab daily in morning for 5 days
