General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Frequent urination commonly occurs due to urinary tract infections. Antibiotics like fluroquinolones should be taken to clear the infection. I would suggest you to take urine analysis, culture and sensitivity if symptoms do not reduce.Urine alkalinisation with disodium hydrogen citrate thrice a day can also reduce the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
