What Is The Cause Of Having Constant Headache And Dizziness?

I have been having a constant headache for awhile now. it is to a point that i get dizzy even while sitting still. I have been to the doctor and they gave me some meds and they are still not working. my family background is as follows: heart disease, cancer, strokes, diabetes. Can anny of these be the cause?

Hi

Out of conditions mentioned by you occasionally head ache may be Caused by severe BP or diabetes. But in your case it looks like simple anxiety and stress please get in touch with a doctor for drug prescription as he will know .
