What Is The Cause Of Having Recurring Chest Pain?

I ve been having periodic chest pain off and on ,started a few months back with me waking up in the middle of the night with a slight pain . i went to the emergency room 2 months ago and the test came bck negative . the pain went away for awhile in those 2 months but has now returned with pressure in my upper back also

Get your fresh ECG,ECHO and Chest Xray .Review with your physician and if necessary do a MRI/CT thorax.
