What Is The Cause Of Headache And Whole Body Twitching?

i have had a severe headache with eye pain for over 2 weeks now. i am also twitching alot (my whole body) and it hurts to have my eyes open. also fatigued. went to ER 5 days ago, he didn't examine me, said probably a virus. but its not going away, its constant and painful

After carefully reading your question, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to different causes:
- multiple sclerosis
- temporal arteritis
- chronic anemia
- thyroid dysfunction
- epilepsy seizures, or a brain lesion.

If I were you doctor, I would recommend performing some tests to investigate for the possible underlying causes:
- a brain MRI
- an EEG
- thyroid hormone levels
- blood electrolytes
- complete blood count
- PCR, ESR for inflammation.

If all these tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as the main cause of your troubles.
