What Is The Cause Of Headache, Pain In Neck And Shoulders, Red Spots On Face?
I had a agonizing headache yesterday, and I've had muscle ache in my neck and shoulders for a few days. I've woken up this morning and my face has lots of tiny dark/red spots appeared overnight from forehead to chin. They are not raised or itchy but my head still hurts. Whats done this? I am female, 20 years old and in good health.
