What Is The Cause Of Itchy Bum Crack With A Slight Pain?

Hi, this morning my bum crack was itchy, and there was a slight pain when itching it. When itching it i noticed that dead skin had fallen off. I then had a look at it and realised that there was raw skin where i had itched. The thought of seeing my doctor and telling her about it is really embarrassing. Any help? Or advice?

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be dermatitis and fungal infection could be the cause of this if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Miconazole ointment apply this three times on affected area avoid using of soap till it gets cure hope this information helps.
