What Is The Cause Of Itchy, Painful Bumpy Spot On The Leg Post A Fall ?

i fell down a few months ago and badly bruised the back of my leg at the bottom. Now that the bruise is gone i still have a bumpy spot there. It hurts if i push on it and sometimes feels itchy. But i m not in any pain other than that. Should i be worried?

Dont worry, just apply coconut oil over it, pigmentation is due presence of clotted blood under the skin, and sometimes it takes month for the pigmentation to decrease, so give mother nature time for healing to occur
