What Is The Cause Of Light Period, Cramps, Bloating, And Headache?
Short light period, light cramps, very bloated, light headaches . Negative home pregnancy tests full belly feeling no energy small cramps usually only cramp first day of period and lasts five days with heaviness first two days everything is different and weird this time and can t figure it out had a runny nose last two weeks
Occasional bloating and cramping during periods is not uncommon. Sometimes there is a minor hormonal imbalance leading to lighter period and then usual bleeding begins after a few days. It would help to know your age to correlate things clinically. Also if you are having loose stools then it may be a concomitant gastrointestinal infection.
However if this is the first time that this has happened, I suggest you should not worry. Take a simple pain killer like acetaminophene or aspirin, some liquid food like clear soup and wait. Daily light exercises help to restore hormonal imbalances and correct menstrual abnormalities. If the symptoms recur then you will need a gynec examination, maybe blood hormone test and sonography.
I hope this will help you. Thanks for using HCM and take care.
