Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter has mumbling along with falling back as in case of vertigo is mainly due to over of the voice either in shouting or any other activity which leads to swelling or growths on the vocal cords , sore throat along with sinusitis , ear infection or neurological reasons . Need not to worry. I would suggest you to give your voice some rest which will give time to heal vocal cords. Take steam several times a day . Sip warm water every day. Visit ENT specialist once and get laryngoscopy done ,complete blood picture to rule out infections, x-ray chest to see lung related causes. Start treatment once proper diagnosis is made. Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for neurological reasons.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
