Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi I have muscle soreness which appeared 2 days ago for no reason - my physical behaviour has not changed over the last few weeks. It started in my heel for few days then 2 days ago I woke to find I could hardly get out of bed. My calf, thigh, upper back & neck muscles were very sore - like I'd run a 50 kn marathon. Also my finger muscles nearest my palm, my upper & forearm muscles were very sore. As the day went on they improved but the next day (yesterday) I woke to find my forearms were extremely sore to the point where I cOuld not open the rear car door etc. Today is certainly an improvement but I'd say I'm only 3/10 all over. I don't have any other symptoms & I'm never ever sick - no conditions of any kind. I'm female & 49 years old. Would you have any idea what this could be please? Fi
