What Is The Cause Of Pain In Both The Hands?

I have been facing pain in both my right and left hand as in the palm of my hand but more pain in the right hand not sure why and i have been using a stress ball to see how hard i can squeeze it nd the pain is more. could please advice me on what it could be?

Dear sir/mam,
The symptoms you are mentioning can be due to multiple causes. Some of the common ones being Carpal tunnel syndrome, hand space infection, RSD, etc. I suggest you meet a hand surgeon and get your hands checked up.
