What Is The Cause Of Pain In Front Of The Left Ear And Why My Jaw Is Hurting?

Ive have been having some pain in front of my left ear and causing my jaw to hurt and hurts to open. It started up a couple days ago, and now its completely worse. It now hurts to even have my mouth closed. Pain is becoming unbearable :( please help!

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the pain infront of your could be because of jaw joint disorder called disc displacement without reduction..consult a oral physician to rule out the cause of this disorder...you need to take radiographs like TMJ views...take a course of piroxicam 10mg twice daily for the first day and once daily for the next 5 days...take soft diet..donot open your jaw too wide...you can give hot fomentation over the affected joint.. i hope my answer will help you.. take care..
