What Is The Cause Of Pain In Stomach After Eating?

I am having a pulsating feeling at the top of my stomach. I have pains after I eat. Went to the docs and they said to take laxative so I did.. thinking I was stopped up.. still in pain. It even hurts to have intercourse.i have consistent migraines. And have the nexplaton. Have had surgery for lesions on my intestines. Have had my gallbladder removed. Any thoughts of what could be going on.

thank you for your query,
short answer: epigastric pain is due to gastritis
detailed answer:
pain in the upper abdomen associated with intake of food and increases with intake of spicy foods and sour foods is mainly due to gastritis
if i were your treating physician i will prescribe you a proton pump inhibitor and syrup sufcrafil which will give a coating inside your stomach and will help in the healing of the ulcer in the stomach.
hope this explains
