What Is The Cause Of Pain In The Vagina During 37 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I've been having pressure in my virgina and in my butt really bad an its to the point where I gotta set up straight and hold my butt together and web I go to poop and hurts to poop from all the pressure!! Can u please tell me what's wrong I'm deilated to 11/2 cm please help

the descent of the head into pelvis produce this type of pain due to compression of anumand vagina.this is false labour pain.
if it persists you will deliver soon.
