What Is The Cause Of Pain In Wrist While Moving Hand Forward?

My wrist hurts on the back of my hand. It hurts when I push my hand forward. I have done some research and I think it has something to do with the scaphoid bone. The pain is sharp when i push it forward, but other than that it just aches. I don't remember doing anything besides some push ups. It mainly hurts under my index finger, near my wrist.

HI
Thank fro asking to HCM
This is due to the uneven pressure that might have came from the exercise you did, keep the wrist joint in resting position at least couple of week and for that you will have to apply the wrist splint or belt (support) this will relieve the problem if it does not subside the pan then you have to see the orthopaedic surgeon, have nice day you can even try the "Diclofenac" sustain release tab. have nice day.
