Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain the symptoms seems like Gastro-esophageal reflux disease commonly known as Acid Relux in which there is reflux of acid from stomach to throat and at times even mouth..
The acid causes inflammation of the lining of the oesophagus due to injury caused by acid and it causes pain on swallowing and deep breath..
You should consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and in case of acid reflux he can advise you to take Proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole..
Antacid like Milk of Magnesia can be taken half an hour before meals..
Drink plenty of cool water..
Take small portion of food every 2 to 3 hours..
Avoid hot, spicy, acidic and heavy meals..
Avoid alcohol and smoking as they further cause irritation and pain..
Eat atleast 2 hours before sleeping..
Take a short walk after meals..
Sleep with head slightly raised as compared to feet..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
