What Is The Cause Of Premature Ejaculation And What Is The Treatment?

what is the cause of premature ejaculation and can this be cured? my age is 32, height 183cms and weight is 95 kg. I do not have a healthy sex life and ejaculate prematurely. due to this i have a guilt feeling that i cannot satisfy my wife. we have a love marriage and we are married for the past 7 years. also would like to mention that emotionally we are not very well connected and have lot of emotional problems between us and my wife is depressed due to this and at times thinks of taking a divorce or end her life. I am a professionally qualified person and love my wife and do not want to end this. we have sex very less often and i feel that i have never satified my wife sexually and emotinally so this problem is there between us.?

Premature ejaculation is the condition where the semen comes out either at the time of penetration or just immediately after penetration. it may be due to alcohol or psychological ( due to stress / anxiety/ depression ).Premature ejaculation may occur with a new partner, only in certain sexual situations, or if it has been a long time since the last ejaculation. In some of the cases, premature ejaculation may be related to a medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or a side effect of certain medicines. Treatment usually includes psychotherapy , relaxation techniques and use of some antidepresssants which are known tt prolong ejaculation such as TCA e.g. imipramine , clomipramine or SSRI Such as fluaxetine, or dapoxetine.
