Every winter I get painful red spots on the tips of my toes and they sometimes come to head . This morning I woke up to having a spot with a head without the red spot they usually start off with, When I got home there was a clear liquid coming out of it. What are they and should I be concerned?
You seem to have chilblains or perniosis which is due to vaso-contriction of blood vessels. I suggest you to keep your body warm and take a peripheral vasodilator (calcium channel blocker like Nifedepine).
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
