What Is The Cause Of Severe Sweating,rapid Heart Rate And Tingling Fingers?

My 19 year old daughter just had an episode of severe sweating (drops of sweat on face and neck), rapid heart rate, and tingling fingers. Symptoms are relieving after 30-40 minutes, but arms feel very limp and weak, and she is extremely fatigued. Should I be concerned?
