What Is The Cause Of Spotting And Pain Abdomen?

Hi, mam my name is sufia. I have 6 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I have very light spotting in morning and I have a pain in abdomen not so high very light pain every time plz suggest what can I do. Today I gone to my doctor to tell about this thing she suggest me to go to complete bed rest and inject me a injection lupi-hcg50000. Plz tell me what wrong with or not.
