There can be various reasons for your dizziness. It can be due to low hemoglobin, low blood pressure,
low blood sugar or
electrolyte imbalance. It can also be due to problems related to the ear,
muscle strain or neck related problems. Especially as you mentioned that you work a lot on computer, it can be due to posture related issues or vision disturbance. Rarely heart and brain related problems also need to be ruled out.
So first of all focus on your diet.Take a good balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Maintain a proper posture while sleeping and working. Do some neck
muscle exercises. If still the symptoms are persisting then do go for some investigations like
complete blood count, FBS, TSH, sodium, potassium, ECG, X-ray neck, (what all investigations you did, you didn't mention). You may also need to get ENT and eye examination done.
