What Is The Cause Of Stomach Ache And Thick White Phlegm?

For 18months I have had an irrattating ache on my left side of my stomach I spit up phlegm every morning its white and thick -ive bn told I have IBS but the pills did not work im not allergic to wheat and I have recently cut out all dairy now for 8 weeks -I am at the end of my tether as its there 24/7 I have had my gallbladder scanned but nothing is wrong with that.please help.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Your left sided abdominal pain and spitting of thick phlegm are not related to each other. The pain occurs probably cause of the IBS or due to gastritis. But the phlegm is coming probably cause of the respiratory infection and you need to get an X-Ray done of the chest to rule out bronchitis or tuberculosis.
