Hi,

First of all, if she took oral contraceptive pills or a hormonal replacement therapy, she should ask a gynecologist for help. Second, if she had hypertension, she should receive medical treatment and change her lifestyle, for example, she should stop eating fat-rich meal and eating too much salt, besides doing an ECG and an ECHO on the heart.

Third, she should do an CT Brain and if there were an evidence for hemorrhage she should do Cerebral Angiography to know the cause of hemorrhage. The results of these investigations can help us with her case and the medical treatment cannot be useful until we know the causes of the headache.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
