What Is The Cause Of Unexplained Black Eye?
A friend showed up at work this morning with an unexplained black eye. He says that he received no blow to the eye or head. The blood appears on the sides and upper part of the eye socket. It is quite pronounced but there is little if any swelling, He is 71 years old. Should he go to a doctor to be examined?

Bleeding may be spontaneous. It can be hypertension chronic cough constipation and straning blood dyscriasis.It may be due to without any reason. But it is self limiting.
