Hi,

I think there have been a trauma to your uterus which might have started to bleed, so I would advice a blood coagulation test like BT, CT and INR, and PT, APTT. After this a ultrasound examination of lower abdomen is highly recommended so as to know if there is actually any trauma or injury to uterus, start tranaxemic acids tablet along with a course of antibiotics, if there is pain antispasmodic tablet drotaverine may be required.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
